Brian, I just realized that whenever I upload my resume on careerbuilder, monster, and yahoohotjob, it automatically format it into text, which looked horrible compare to Word processor. Do you know when employers look at the resume in text format provided by the website or in the original world processor?

The employer will see text version when you are submitting into a form. They will only see the Word format if you are submitting as an attachment. Use a different (text) version for the form submission.
