what do these people do then for the clients then other than patronize, harvest CVs and collect their cut. Seriously these are low level sales people that have devalued the recruitment sector beyond belief.
Anyone searching for work should invest their time and money in letter writing and presentation skills and approach directly with employers with a prospective applications. Many employers feel the same way regrading agencies and often jobs touted by agents can be found on company web pages.
I fucking hate recruitment agencies, they are a bunch of wide boys and mouthy slags, They don’t have any qualifications themselves and feed off of your hard earned and professional services, they lie to you, they never pay you on time and they expect you to do all the admin too. I wish employers would realise that if they want the right candidate then they need to cut these fuckers out and do the recruitment themselves. they are nothing more than parasites, an unesassary overhead.
